Marat Avanesyan, Head of Corporate Law Department

Marat Avanesyan’s professional journey includes several high-level positions within the judicial system. At the initial stage of his career, he served as a judicial assistant at the Supreme Court of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) for five years, where he was involved in organizing the legal operations of the highest court and drafting judicial acts.

 

Subsequently, he spent approximately ten years as a first-instance court judge, followed by five years as a judge in the Court of Appeals. His extensive tenure on the bench allowed him to develop a profound understanding of the mechanisms of legal application and a comprehensive perspective on judicial practice.

 

Marat Avanesyan was also twice elected as a member of the Council of Justice and served two terms on the Disciplinary Commission.

 

This multi-level experience has solidified his professional reputation as an expert capable of delivering effective solutions to complex legal challenges.
