Restoration of Judge Boris Bakhshiyan's Violated Rights

As a result of the proficient legal work carried out by the defense team, the violated rights of Judge Boris Bakhshiyan have been restored by a decision of the court of the Republic of Armenia. Consequently, the state will provide compensation for the damages incurred.

Specifically, the Civil Court of First Instance of Yerevan recently published a decision granting the claim filed on behalf of B. Bakhshiyan, a judge of the Criminal Court of the RA. According to the ruling, the Ministry of Finance of the RA is ordered to pay several million RA drams to the judge as compensation for the damages caused to Boris Bakhshiyan due to the unlawful criminal prosecution initiated by the Prosecutor General's Office of the RA, as well as other illegal restrictions on his rights and freedoms.
