Hrayr Aghavelyan graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, specializing in Corporate and Business Law. His academic journey was complemented by practical activities, fostering the development of professional skills and a legal mindset.

Over the past three years, he has completed internships at the Constitutional Court, the Ministry of Justice, and leading law firms in the Republic of Armenia. This experience allowed him to gain an insider's view of both the public and private legal systems and acquire practical knowledge in various areas of legal application.
